I can’t say enough wonderful things about Dr. White and his team. They showed me that they truly care about their patients beyond their treatment. After a tragic accident involving my family during my wedding, Dr. White and his team went out of their way to send me nice card, small gift basket, and delivered my retainers. The kindness and compassion during this difficult time meant more than they probably realize. It’s so rare for find a provider who treats you with genuine care and kindness. Our second visit and I tell you what they are so welcoming and caring not only for your child for everyone that walks in the door. My daughter Was extremely nervous because it was her first time getting Braces and an expander put on and they made her feel very comfortable that I was able to just walk away and walk around and have a nice hot cup of coffee. I am so excited that we chose Doctor White and his awesome staff members. I’m so Extremely satisfied with the Care and service the girl at the front desk and all the other staff members are absolutely smart and intelligent and they know what they’re doing and they made sure we knew what options we needed…., Our, 1st consultation they worked with us as a single mother. I can say they really worked with me on Payment arrangement after I had to put a down payment. I’m just so blessed that we are with the white family now. Looking forward to the next two years. Great atmosphere, just Great environment all of the above highly recommend!! If it’s Braces, if it’s Invisalign, if it’s whitening, they do it all 🙏😬😊🙏 Thank you all.🙏

We’ve had such an incredible experience with White Orthodontics, first with my oldest and now as my youngest begins braces. We absolutely love White Orthodontics! My daughter Brielle genuinely enjoys every visit, it's clear she feels comfortable and cared for. Everyone there is incredibly nice and personable, making each appointment a positive experience. They even offer complementary drinks while you wait, which is such a thoughtful touch. What we appreciate most is how thoroughly they explain every detail of the treatment plan and keep us updated on Brielle’s progress. My daughter just finished her first part of her braces journey at White Orthodontics, and we couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From start to finish, everyone there has been incredibly kind and made her feel like a VIP - even at just nine years old. :-) When she got her braces off, they made it such a special moment by playing her favorite music, showing her some cool magazines, taking pictures, and answering all her questions (and mine) which was so fun and memorable! The Saginaw location is absolutely beautiful - very clean, with a stunning chandelier, a foosball table to keep the kids entertained, and complimentary coffee and special drinks for parents. It’s truly a whole vibe every time we go. We’ve also been to the Frankenmuth location, which is very nice and has super comfy chairs and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. But Saginaw definitely has that “wow” factor! And a fun bonus — Dr. White used to be an NFL wide receiver! So not only does my daughter have a gorgeous smile now, but she also has a cool story to share about who gave it to her. We highly recommend White Orthodontics for anyone looking for top-notch care and an experience that goes above and beyond! Edit: The place got even better because one of the front desk receptionist they hired worked at Starbucks for years as a barista and can make a mean coffee espresso for you there! They go above and beyond to say the least. lol
